Order Policy

Since we are in the wholesale business, we sell only to the trade. If you are interested in becoming our dealer, please complete the Dealer Application Form and fax back to us.

Minimum order quantity and price is subject to change and will be confirmed by Thomson & Fenn Trading Ltd. (TFT).


Payment Method

All orders are pre-paid only. We accept credit cards, company cheque or certified cheque.


Order Processing

Upon receipt of orders, our customer representatives will contact customers to validate the orders. Orders will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of order and all in-stock items will be shipped from our Richmond warehouse. We use FedEx ground or Canada Post and will confirm the shipping charge with customers prior to sending out the order. International orders: customers may be subject to pay customs fees and/or duty upon receipt of the shipment.


Claims and Returns

We want our customers to be completely happy with their orders. We take pride in selecting great quality products, and we inspect our products thoroughly and pack them with care to ensure our customers receive their orders safe and intact. Should there be any discrepancies or damages when customers receive the shipment, please report to us within 10 days of receipt of the order. Returns/Exchanges must be authorized by TFT and we will advise customers of the procedures for inspection, credit and return shipping. Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges.
